Create a dreamy play space that’s as beautiful as it is fun with our Pastel Playland Soft Play Package. Perfect for birthdays, baby showers, christenings, and toddler events, this setup blends soft, soothing colours with engaging play equipment that encourages safe, active fun for little explorers. Package Includes: ✨ Pastel-toned padded play shapes for climbing, sliding, and building ✨ Soft mats for a safe play surface ✨ Mini ball pit with white balls ✨ Toddler-friendly play tunnel and ride-on toys ✨ Set-up and pack-down by our friendly team ✨Up to 4 Hour Hire Ideal for birthday parties, christenings, daycare events, and community gatherings, this package is perfect for keeping little ones happily entertained while parents relax. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to lock in your event date. This amount comes off the total of the event package price. If your event needs to be cancelled for any reason, $50 will be kept as a non-refundable processing fee All remaining balances are required to be paid 48 hours before the event if paying via bank transfer or pay link. Alternatively, you can pay via cash on the day if arranged prior to the event date. A refundable event hire bond of $100 will be pre-authorised on a valid card 48 hours prior to your event. Funds are only captured in the event of loss, damage, or excessive cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
Calm & Curious Event Hire Policy We’re so excited to bring our beautiful hire items to your special occasion. To keep everything running smoothly (and to make sure our items stay in great condition for future events), please take a moment to read through our hire policy. Booking & Payment ⭐ A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and hire items. ⭐ A $100 refundable security bond is added to all bookings. This is refunded within 3 business days after equipment is collected and checked for damages or additional cleaning. ⭐ The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event, unless prior arrangements have been made for cash payment on the day. ⭐ Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been paid. Delivery, Set-Up & Pack-Down ⭐ Delivery within a 30km radius of Tatura is included in the hire price (unless otherwise stated). ⭐ Delivery outside this radius will incur an additional delivery fee, which will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking. ⭐ Our team will set up and pack down all hire equipment — please ensure the space is clear and ready at the agreed time. Care of Hire Items ⭐ Please do not allow food, drinks, face paint, or glitter inside soft play, jumping castles, or teepees unless pre-approved. ⭐ Shoes must be removed before entering soft play areas, jumping castles, or teepees. ⭐ All items are for dry use only unless stated otherwise (e.g., water play stations). ⭐ Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Weather Policy ⭐ For outdoor hires, the hirer is responsible for providing a suitable undercover area in case of rain or extreme heat. ⭐ If weather conditions are unsafe for setup (e.g., strong winds for jumping castles), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule for safety reasons. Cancellations ⭐ The $50 deposit is non-refundable in all cases. ⭐ Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of any amount paid, excluding the deposit. ⭐ Cancellations made within 48 hour will forfeit 50% of the hire fee. ⭐ If we cancel due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or reschedule will be offered (including deposit). Liability ⭐ Calm & Curious is not liable for injuries or accidents that occur during the hire period. ⭐ The hirer accepts full responsibility for the supervision and safety of all participants during use of the hired items.
